Once again, we are thrilled to announce that Wisedocs has once again been certified as a Great Place to Work® by the Great Place to Work Institute of Canada®. Although we’re certainly familiar with how much fun the Wisedocs office can be, we’re honored to be able to make it official! The continued recognition is a testament to our people and the work we have all put in to operate around our core values of honesty, flexibility, purpose, and intelligence.

Wisedocs remains at the forefront for the claims industry. We’re the world’s leading intelligent document processing platform, and it wouldn’t be possible without a world-class team. The Great Place to Work certification is based on direct feedback from employees, acquired through an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience. We sincerely thank everyone who completed this survey for participating and making this possible.

According to Nancy Fonseca, Senior Vice President of Great Place to Work® Canada, a great workplace is about the trust employees have in their leaders, the pride they take in their jobs, and the level of enjoyable connection they find among their colleagues.

"Our data shows that great workplaces benefit from stronger financial performance, reduced turnover, and better customer satisfaction than their peers,” Fonseca says. “What's more, work environments with trust at the foundation are ripe for innovation, agility, resilience and efficiency.”

Being a great place to work starts with a great team

Here at Wisedocs, we have continued to work to create an environment where everyone is encouraged to be their best selves. As we work towards our collective goals, we honor the contributions made by each and every one of our team members. For those who have attended our events, made our technology possible, or helped meet our customer’s goals, a big thank you is deserved all around.

Since launching Wisedocs in 2018 and participating in an oversubscribed $4.1M seed round, we’ve grown our team and blazed a path towards changing the claims industry. This year, we’ve:

👉 Brought our big ideas to claims industry events across North America

👉 Claimed a stake in the discussion around the future of claims

👉 Supported employee-led initiatives for events like Women’s History Month

👉 Boosted the operational power of our leadership team

👉 Delivered a keynote speech at the upcoming Collision Conference

As we grow, we remain committed to a future where efficient medical record processing is the norm, not the exception. This starts with making Wisedocs a Great Place to Work®. In that regard, we want to give a special mention to our leadership team:

👉 Connor Atchison, CEO & Founder

👉 Jenna Earnshaw, Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

👉 Michelle Mabee, Director of Customer Success

👉 Manal Abu-Shawar, Manager of People & Operations

Our leadership team continues to pave the way for Wisedocs as we continue to push the envelope on processing medical claims.
