Yes, new claim documents can be uploaded to an existing claim case in the Wisedocs platform to be automatically processed alongside the previous records. At upload, or after processing, users have the option to integrate these new claim documents into an existing medical index, or into a dedicated tab for easy identification and review, streamlining the review process and reducing administrative overhead.
Can I customize the criteria and rules for automated workflows?
Yes, customization is available based on your agreement with Wisedocs. Our implementation, customer success & support teams will collaborate with your organization to define the selected workflows, ensuring they align with your organization’s needs. How many workflows can I run, and are there additional costs associated with running multiple workflows on the same case?
