As the world regains a sense of post-Covid normalcy, 88% of organizations have resumed hosting corporate events – and with good reason! Wisedocs was excited to have our team gather in Toronto to watch their beloved Blue Jays.

Building a team means providing intentional moments that allow our employees to connect and celebrate their success and hard work. This was the objective of our end of summer offsite.

Creating meaningful experiences for the Wisedocs team

Our end of summer offsite was planned in a way that allowed for collaborative working sessions, networking amongst peers, and opportunities for fun. We started the day with some workshops (and free breakfast of course), followed by strategy sessions, dinner, and a night out at the Rogers center.

Carving out time to be together as a team helped our team bond and get excited about working together. Check out these pictures of our team, diving into our corporate strategy and goals as we discussed the future of Wisedocs!

Here’s what our employees had to say

Our employees have been working hard to reshape the medical records industry since our inception. With the rapid growth we’ve experienced, we know how important it can be for our team to hit pause and soak in their success.

One employee said:

“I’m very excited about how far the team has come and how we've surpassed many of our goals! Looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish in the last quarter!”

We’ve also welcomed so many new talented faces to our team, who’ve yet to ever meet their colleagues IRL. One of our newest team members expressed:

“It was really exciting to meet all of my teammates in person for the first time. Learning the CEO’s vision, the long term goals of the company, and my colleagues’ recent successes within the organization was inspiring. It showed me how I can personally grow with Wisedocs in the long-term.”

So, would we say this event was a success? Another employee said:

“After working remotely for so long, it was really nice to see everyone in the office. Connecting face to face with both old and new team members left me feeling really happy and excited about everything we'll do next. ”

We think it's safe to say, the Wisedocs offsite event was a hit! We can’t wait to share what we’re planning next.
