His strategic vision and deep industry knowledge are a valued asset playing a pivotal role in scaling Wisedocs’ go-to-market strategy. Mark joins Wisedocs at a critical moment of growth. With an impressive track record as Chief Revenue Officer at Q4 Inc, and previously Coconut Software, Mark has consistently driven scalable revenue growth, led transformational initiatives, and cultivated strong partnerships. His leadership will be instrumental in elevating our sales execution and accelerating our momentum across new and existing markets.
Prior to Q4 Inc., Mark held senior leadership roles at EventMobi, CNW (Cision), Solarsoft (Epicor), Eloqua (Oracle), and Datamirror (IBM), where he led large scale sales teams through both expansion and acquisition phases. His ability to combine data-driven execution with strong leadership has made him a trusted mentor across the tech community and an invaluable member of our team in the midst of our growth and expansion.

In a recent Wisedocs-commissioned survey conducted by ALM’s PropertyCasualty360, 75% of respondents identified efficiency, through improved speed and resource optimization, as the area where AI would have the greatest impact on the claims process. Respondents also pointed to document automation and data extraction (69%), followed closely by claims decision support (57%) as the two aspects of business they would most like AI to improve.
