We are excited to announce that Wisedocs has received a nomination for the 2024 Insurance Canada Technology Awards (ICTAs) from Insurance Canada. Wisedocs will also be speaking at Insurance Canada's Technology Forum (ICTF) on February 27th, 2024, in Toronto. The event will run from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and conclude with a networking reception, providing an excellent opportunity for industry professionals to connect.

The ICTAs

The purpose of the ICTAs is to highlight the role of technology in transforming the insurance sector. It celebrates organizations that use technology to improve customer service, make operations more efficient, and address the challenges of today's digital landscape. Since it started in 2010, the ICTAs have spotlighted technological innovations in areas like product development, distribution, policy management, and claims processing. 

Wisedocs at the ICTF

During the ICTF event, Wisedocs will explore how artificial intelligence (AI) reshapes the insurance landscape. The focus will be on the transformative role of AI in streamlining claims management and enhancing service delivery for all those who handle health claims. 

You can find our Customer Success Manager, Michelle Nokes, and Account Executive, Meagan Booth, at the event who will explore topics including the fundamentals of AI as a technology designed to mimic human intelligence, the capabilities of generative AI models to produce data-driven outputs, and the increasing investment in AI by the claims industry.

Catch Michelle in the morning session during her presentation "Innovation Minute: The Smart Way to Summarize Medical Records" and "The Intersection of Claims Adjustment and Generative AI Technology." She will draw from her experiences as a claims adjuster and her work with Wisedocs clients to provide examples of the practical impact of this technology on streamlining workflows.
