In this Wisedocs’ Brain Power we meet Olivia Ragosnig, one of our Quality Assurance (QA) Leads at Wisedocs.

Recently, we introduced you to Rajiv Abraham, our Lead Machine Learning Engineer. Today, we’ll meet Olivia Ragosnig, one of our Quality Assurance (QA) Leads at Wisedocs.
Olivia has always been interested in the healthcare industry. She has a keen interest in using data and technology to improve the quality of healthcare for individuals. She completed her undergraduate in Health Sciences because she knew it was the only field for her.
Outside of work, Olivia is an animal enthusiast – she loves national geographic and looks forward to shark week every year.
“I’m currently taking the lead on creating Wisedocs knowledge base articles. I’m excited for the articles to be released because the team and I worked really hard on them. I think it will provide a lot of value to our clients and improve their experience using our software.”
“As a new grad out of university, I came across a job posting for a Medical Documentation Specialist at Wisedocs. I applied and got the job!
Olivia joined Wisedocs in June 2020. “When I started at Wisedocs, they were in their early startup stage, and I was able to learn and grow as the company expanded. I got promoted to QA lead and that’s what I've been doing ever since. Wisedocs took a chance on me as a new grad, and I’m so happy they did!”
