Switch Health Taps Wisedocs for Test and Vaccine Verification

Toronto, Sept 14th 2021 - Wisedocs, the leading provider of intelligent document processing for the medical industry, has today announced signature of a customer agreement with Switch Health, a leading provider of decentralized diagnostics, Covid tests, and vaccine verification. Switch will use the Wisedocs AI platform to verify the at-home test results and vaccination records of Canadians from September 2021.

The Lucira COVID-19 All-In-One RT-LAMP test, the Anven SARS-CoV-2 Test, and Canadian vaccinations will all be verified using the Wisedocs platform under the new agreement.

Switch Health spokesperson Jordan Paquet has said that rapid testing and vaccine verification were foundational to the effort Switch was putting into getting Canadians back to work, life, and travel.

Wisedocs will process Switch test results on its intelligent document processing AI, which is built to understand and organize unstructured medical data such as PDFs, JPEG images, and faxes. The Wisedocs platform is able to achieve a greater than 99% accuracy processing a variety of medical documents for customers like Switch, and is anticipating in excess of 30,000 monthly tests under the agreement.
